Can a male Muslim marry a non-Muslim? If so, would it be better to marry an Atheist or a Christian? Can Muslim females marry non-Muslim males? What are the steps required to marry in Islam. Does Islam require for a wedding party? Is it wrong to marry a non-Muslim when there are Muslim choices available, but the Muslim women are not compatible with you? Also, is it allowed to use a dating service to search for Muslim females in your area if you're after a Muslim bride?A bunch of general questions about marriage?
a male Muslim can marry any women from any religion-preferably Christian or Jew. If the women isnt a Christian or a Jew, she will have to revert to Islam.


Muslim females have to marry Muslim men.


steps? ask for women's hand formally from her parents, if both of you are keen, proceed with Katb Ktab. a wedding party is not part of Islam...marriage in Islam is the Katb Ktab - but fellow Muslims have to be there to witness the marriage.

A male Muslim can marry a Christian or Jewish woman. A muslim woman can only marry a muslim man. Usually an Islamic marriage consists of a contract which would state the amount of the dowry and if wanted, a woman can have it included in the contract that the husband cannot take another wife while married to her.





Islam does not require wedding parties and seldom is there one.





In my opinion it is not wrong to marry a non-muslim when there are muslim choices because marriage should be about love and not hoping love will come later.





It is allowed to use a match making service and there are some Islamic ones available.
You can only marry a woman from the People of the Book aka Christian or Jewish women. However, think about it. When you have children, your wife will be the one spending the most time with them, meaning she will raise the children in her faith. If Islam has a place in your life, then marrying women who aren't Muslim isn;t recommended. The ruling was to bring more converts into the fold of Islam in the first place.





Muslim females can't marry non Muslim males as they wouldn't be able to give Islamic rights to the females. The rights Islam gives wouldn't be implemented in the marriage.





When marrying someone, a Hadith says you should try to go for deen - look for a wife who is pious. Because when you're old and grey, the woman who is pious will be a good wife. Same with the pious husband, both will give each other the Islamic rights they deserve.

';Made lawful for you this day are At-Tayyibat (all kinds of lawful foods, which Allah has made lawful. The food (slaughter cattle etc.) of the people of the scripture (Jews and Christians) is lawful to you and yours is lawful to them. (Lawful to you in marriage) are chaste women from the believers and chaste women from those who were given the scripture (Jews %26amp; Christians) before your time.';

MARRYING is NOT!!! Allowed with Non MUslims and or Non-Ahle Kitab; as Said in the hOly Quran.





';You shall not wed idolatresses, unless they embrace the faith. A believing slave-girl is better than an idolatress, although she may please you. Nor shall you wed idolaters unless they embrace the faith. A believing slave is better than an idolater, although he may please you. These call you to the Fire; but God calls you, by His will, to Paradise and to forgiveness. He makes plain His revelations to mankind, so that they may be mindful. (2: 221). ';





HENCE Marrying an Atheist or a Non Ahle Kitab and Muslim is COMPLETELY forbidden.





As for Marrying an Ahle Kitab, MANY MANY THINGS should be taken into account..........

a male Muslim can only marry from people of the book(Christians and Jews) and you can't marry pagans even if they call themselves muslims(like Sufis and Shia)

what do you mean by dating service what does that include?
I'm not a Muslim.but i thinks its not possible for the a Muslim lady or a boy to marry a non-Muslim. if so they will be taken as non Muslims. (devoted from the religion.).

I don't know the answers to most of your questions, but I do know that there are actual muslim dating/personal sites and services, so it must be OK to use a dating service
