How can I go about getting an anullment on a catholic marriage?

Speak to your nearest Catholic priest and ask him for information on the Annulment Tribunal. Check out the question on grounds for annulment on this link - http://www.idotaketwo.com/christian_rema…

Don't believe the cynics. Money won't influence either the decision or the speed with which it is delivered, but you will have to pay the standard fee (whatever that happens to be for your diocese) as there is no legal aid in these cases. If you genuinely can't afford it, you should say so at the start and see what help might be available. How can I go about getting an anullment on a catholic marriage?
make sure you got LOTS of money and plenty of time... it has to go through channels, used to have to go straight to the pope.... not sure now.... but you have to have documentation from family and friends stateing how the marriage was and is NOT working or a mistake in the first place......then in the end, even if you have kids, it is has if it never happened.... meaning your kids, in the eyes of the *religion* do not have a legal father..... I will get slack for this, but think about what I am saying..... NO MARRIAGE, NO FATHER...... hmmmmm..... go in peace..... God blessHow can I go about getting an anullment on a catholic marriage?
okay i don't get the ';lots of money thing'; as it cost my brother a $60 filing fee. get a civil divorce and then go see your priest. hopefully you've been talking all along but.... then you will have to have people write in on your behalf as to why the marriage needs to be dissolved.

God bless you in your trials!
ist. you have to be divorced,

2nd. see your priest, nowadays the bishop can handle some cases, making it a lot less stressful and a lot cheaper. the more complex ones have to go to rome

so gather all the facts and happenings you have and see what the outcome is
Prove you accidentally married Satan. Otherwise you're pretty screwed.
Go to your local courthouse and ask them what the process is there. They'll give you the paperwork and information too.
You have to speak to a priest about that.
Do you have your checkbook handy? It helps if you make a donation to your church.
