Is the MESYAAR and ORFI marriage are authorized in the Arab Countries such as EGYPT,SYRIA,and GULF STATES?

I heared that this kind of marriage is becoming more popular between students at the University and in Libya where the husbands can't marry with a second wife unless having a written acceptance from the first wife.Does this cope with the SHREEAA?Is the MESYAAR and ORFI marriage are authorized in the Arab Countries such as EGYPT,SYRIA,and GULF STATES?
Authorized!! Of course not. They are not legal! Is the MESYAAR and ORFI marriage are authorized in the Arab Countries such as EGYPT,SYRIA,and GULF STATES?
they are not legal but they are accepted by sunnite scholars, in real islam (motazela) this is fornication, zena, just like Mutaa in shiism. but it should be wrong even in sunnism, because one of their conditions to marriage is Ishhar ( the marriage should be known by people) if it's not known by first wife and children and parents (for students) it's clear zena.
