Pretty much the same answer as your question about birth certificates onlien...The marriage cert. is not going to be available for free, but you can see a record of it for free if you know where and when the marriage occurred. Go to ancestry.com, you can sign up for a free 2-week trial and view copies of marriage, birth and death rolls.
