The way it's being promoted is simply not worth the hate we're getting. We won't be getting any equality till idiots quit dressing up as penises and selling condoms at gay pride fests.
Mental instability, Napoleonic Inclinations, Alzheimer's, to name a few.
Because marriage isn't what it's cracked up to be. The issues that some in the community wish to resolve by being married (property rights, healthcare decisions, etc) can also be solved in any state with a good attorney.





FYI, I am a heterosexual female married for 21 years. I have a gay step brother and have lesbian friends.
because all men, be they staright or gay, dont want to give half of our stuff away

Funny thing that today's day: heterosexuals are just living together and don't want to get married and Gay people want to marry.


i'm gay but i don't believe marriage is meant for us. i believe that i should have a say in my partners well being and be able to make decisions if he becomes incapacitated. But the law does not help us in that regard. So our community thinks if we marry than all things will be equal. It is not. People think adultery among heterosexuals is wrong, all my gay friends are not exclusive to just his partner. So calling it marriage is a joke.
A man I know who is gay says homosexuals shouldn't be allowed to marry because marriage was invented for procreation.

look at the fail rate of strait people in marriage The gay community don't need these problems but the rights of cohabiting would be nice

In my opinion gay marriage should not be allowed. I was raised Christian, and to me Gay marriage is unnatural. I disagree with it, i whole heartedly think Marriage should be between a man and a woman. No if, ands or buts, The idea of it is just foreigh to me of having two men or two women marry, as far as being together yeah im all for it, but marriage should only be between a man and a woman.
i think lesbians should be allowed to be married but not gay guys.
