you will have to prove relationship and must have been in relationship for 2 years or more.
this will mean proof of visits, letters phone call ie bills
you must prove how you will support her.
if you are not a uk citizen there will be other problems
and if her visa will run out before you sort anything out and its likely that it will.
she will have to go home
you are better to live in italy
Why bring her to the UK? Move to Italy instead: better food, warmer weather and no drunk knife-wielding thugs roaming the streets at night.
Call up the UK embassy and they can explain the options you have.
