If you marry someone and not divorce them and seperate and then turn around and marry someone else is the second marriage valid???If you marry someone and not divorce them and then marry someone else is the second marriage valid?
That's bigamy hun and it's a crime. You can get into a lot of trouble for it. And no the second marriage is not valid if the first one is still acknowledged by the courts. If you marry someone and not divorce them and then marry someone else is the second marriage valid?
no cause u are now a bigamist you have 2 spouses because you never got rid of the first one on paper. guess what?? if he dies the first wife gets EVERYTHING because all she has to do is present her marriage certificate and get it all trust me in any state its valid unless you present a certificate of divorce for the first marriage. good luck
My mom and dad was married for 15 yrs before he found out he was still married to his first wife. They had to get remarried and was married for 24 more yrs. Because the second marriage wasn't for finical gain and was over sight they didn't get into any trouble.
