muslims must follow the sunnah way of marriageDo u like marriage with less expense or a huge amount of money?
I think less expence, because someone has to flip the bill and pay it. If the inlaws are paying or the parents are paying they are likely thinking the purchase of land or a house to be a better way to spend money.
Food and dancing do not have to be expensive, you would be surprised at the amount of talent in just one family and now you have the resource of two familys.
So go with a lower cost wedding and let the gift be given that last longer than a memory of the huge wedding bill. that took away from monies needed to prepare the couple for child rearing.
FatimahDo u like marriage with less expense or a huge amount of money?
Marriage is not about the money. Marriage is about the union of two people who have chosen to spend their lives together. Those who base their marriage on the amount of money spent on a wedding are doomed to fail. Focus on the reason of your marriage and not about how you celebrate the event. The real test of marriage comes after the ceremony and celebration.
assalamo alaykom.
Ramadan Mubarak Bro and may Allah accept ur prayers and ur fasting and answer ur du'aa and forgive us all. amin
to answer ur q, well i like simple marriages...if its not simple i feel its fake and just too much, i like things to be spontaneous.
Give me my white dress and that would be enough for me ...
nways most of the marriages the groom and the bride end up paying all what they have just for one day...i think instead of paying all that for just one day, they can use it in something else which will last more.
assalamo alaykom
more expensive means bigger wedding my sister spent alot on their it was also a double wedding. I think they are worth it and i will be also worth the money to marry.
Simple Nikkah and simple walima. No need for extravagant spending.
Many of them are egoistic slaves of -One upmanship-
