Why do some people get so bothered by cohabitation outside of marriage?

I know that some people object to it for religious reasons, but what other people do is no skin off their noses. They should mind their own business.Why do some people get so bothered by cohabitation outside of marriage?

my mother(one of those religious types) has been busting my balls for living with my girlfirend. i mean she(mom) doesn't pay for anything, she lives an hour away, and she's DIVORCED. i mean she really can't say anything. not to mention if it wasn't for my girl i'd probably be out getting into troublewhich i can't really teel mom but hey what does she car. i mean my girl is on birht control, she helps with the bills, she cooks and cleans(which by the way wouldn't happen w/out her).





i mean it's sorta her business because i am her baby boi(20 y/o). but still what is the deal with people who get in other peoples business just to have someone/something to talk about.





and mom liked lindsey BEFORE we lived together now not so much. i mean it's not like she's some kind of tramp i picked up off the streets we were together for over a year before we lived together.





what it boils down to is that there are zealots in all religions in islam there are jihadist, in judaism there are warring factons, in christianity there are southern baptist. they just want everyone to know that they're holier than thou; whether they're blowing **** up or just telling people that they're going to hell for not having a bible shoved far enough up their ***.Why do some people get so bothered by cohabitation outside of marriage?
I have noticed that people seek to justify what they no in their hearts to be wrong...
